Carl and Olga Milles – The Artist Couple Behind Millesgården

Carl Milles (1875–1955) was one of Sweden’s most prominent sculptors, renowned for his monumental and expressive works. Together with his wife Olga Milles – an accomplished artist in her own right – they created Millesgården as both a home and an artist’s studio. Today, Millesgården is a vibrant museum where their art and legacy continue to inspire visitors from around the world.
