By submitting material, you agree to the terms of use, where you and the museum enter into a binding agreement that includes the following:

• The photographs or videos must be photographed/filmed by you.
• You have the copyright to your photograph and/or film and may use it as you wish, but you share rights with Millesgården Museum and others by using Creative Commons licenses. You choose the license but we recommend: CC BY NC. Read more about the licenses here: http://www.creativecommons.se/om-cc/licenserna/
• Millesgården Museum has the right to use your images (e.g. for exhibitions and the museum's external activities) and to store them for the future.
• The images may be used for historical and scientific research.
• The photographs may appear on other search portals for museums such as europeana.eu.
• When you submit material to Millesgården Museum, you consent to your name being used in connection with your uploaded photographs/films/texts.
• Millesgården Museum processes your personal data in accordance with current data protection legislation.
• You have the right to receive information about which personal data we process about you and the right to request correction.
• If you are 15 years of age or older, you can register to upload photos.
• You are responsible for the text and images you upload.
• If there are rights, for example trademarks on your photo, you are responsible for sending the image to Millesgården Museum.
• Think about photographing people in a nice way and ask if they want to be in a picture on the internet and/or in an exhibition.
• If you no longer wish to participate in the collection/exhibition, contact Millesgården Museum.
• Millesgården Museum has the right to remove photographs that violate the terms of use.
• Photographs that may be perceived as offensive or in conflict with Swedish legislation will be removed.
• Millesgården Museum reserves the right to edit the uploaded material.
